Winegrowers<\/h2>\n

Mouton Cadet is also an amazing human adventure born of the privileged relationships forged with 150 winegrowers spanning all the Bordeaux appellations. Supported by Mouton Cadet\u2019s winemakers, that community guarantees a secure supply of grapes and wines in line with the brand\u2019s ambitions.
\nWhile preserving its leading position on the market, the aims are to go further in practices that respect the environment and people, to forge closer links with the winegrowing community, and to refine the taste profile of the different wines in the Collections so as to foster a sense of togetherness among younger people. Winegrowers are chosen as much for the expression of their terroir as for their experience and know-how.
\nVintage after vintage, constant meetings and discussions between Mouton Cadet winemakers and winegrowers create a virtuous circle and generate deep respect for work well done. The insistence on quality is reflected in a precise set of specifications and multi-year contracts which ensure that winegrowers are fairly rewarded.

Precision in harvesting and vinification<\/h2>\n

Harvesting is a key stage in winemaking, requiring infinite precision. The grapes have to be picked at exactly the right time: not before, not after. During the harvest season each parcel is monitored daily by Mouton Cadet winemakers and the winegrower. Expertise and perfect knowledge of the plots are essential. The berries are tasted and impressions confirmed by laboratory analysis at the Mouton Cadet Winery. The precise date of picking is decided together, though the winemakers\u2019 overall understanding of the style of wine sought for Mouton Cadet takes precedence.
\nEach vat at each estate is then monitored, with priority being given to the aromatic expression, refinement and personality of the different terroirs and grape varieties while preserving a relatively wide range of aromas and flavours with a view to the final blend.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n <\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n
